Is Nimblii only for small dogs?
Nimblii loves dogs of all shapes and sizes. We offer a selection of products that any dog would like, but we focus on smaller dogs under 15kg because that is what we know best. Within that size, we cover 4 size ranges as follows:
Mini, Toy, Small Classic, Small Plus

Why small?
This came as a result of Nimblii’s founder, Laura, who has two Italian Greyhounds at 7kg a piece. Learning by experience, raising two small dogs, gave her an understanding of the specific needs of small dogs and their owners.
Where is Nimblii based?
Nimblii is based in Berlin, Germany.
Does Nimblli have a brick and morter location?
Currently, Nimblii is an online store only.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card payments via Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept payments from PayPal, GPay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.

Where do you ship?
We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over €100.
We also ship throughout the EU, Switzerland and United Kingdom.

Please note that you may be responsible for Customs/Duties fees outside of the EU.
When will my order ship?
In-stock items are typically fulfilled and shipped out within 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted on the website. Please note that orders placed on a Friday may not ship until Monday.
What is your return policy?
You can return any purchase within 14 days. We always want you to love your items as much as we do! That said, if something isn’t right or you’re not completely satisfied, we're happy to initiate the return process within 30 days. The return shipping costs are your responsibility.
What if my product arrives damaged?
We do our best to have our products delivered safe and securely, but sometimes mistakes happen. In the event that there is product damage during shipping or the product is defective, please contact us through our form, with a few photos of the damage and we will do our best to remedy the situation, with either an exchange or refund on return.

How do I measure my dog?
All of our products that require sizing have SIzing Guides available on the product page. If you are looking for general advice about if a product is suitable for your dog's size, please see our Small Dog Guide.
What if you don‘t have my dog’s size?
If you really love one of our products, but we don’t have your dog’s size, please reach out to us through our contact form and we will try our best to get it for you.
Where do your brands come from?
Nimblii features a highly curated selection of quality dog lifestyle products from the freshest and most innovative brands in the EU and abroad.
How are your products produced?
Our products are produced ethically and with the environment at the forefront, with precedence given to products that use recycled materials, like the Recycled Wool Dog Blanket and the Cesto Dog Toy Basket.
Can your products be damaged by strong chewing dogs?
Every dog plays differently and power chewers might damage our products. It is always best to keep a close watch on your dog while using, just in case.
How do I clean/care for my product?
All of our products that require special cleaning/care have Care instructions available on the product page.
